2:3 Endure Hardship

2:4 Be not entangled

2:5 By the rules

2:6 Hardworking

Romans 13:1, The authorities that exist are appointed by God

13:3, Rulers are not a terror to good works but to evil – do what is good!

13:4, He does not bear the sword in vain – he is God’s minister – to execute wrath on him who practices evil.
