God Is Here

From the men’s study this morning:

Zephaniah 3:5, The Lord is righteous in her midst, He will do no unrighteousness.
Every morning He brings His justice to light; He never fails,

In context:

3:1, Woe to her who is rebellious and polluted, to the oppressing city!

And 3:5b, But the unjust (unrighteous) knows no shame.

3:5, NIV
The Lord within her is righteous; he does no wrong.
Morning by morning he dispenses his justice, and every new day he does not fail,

Thoughts:

In the midst of rebellion, filth, evil, selfishness, self-righteousness, opposition to God, wrongs, troubles, injustice and oppression – in the midst of a MESS – here is GOD!!!

God is not gone, dead, distant or indifferent!

God is near and here!

God is right, holy, pure, good and just!

God is dealing every day!

God does not fail!

God does nothing wrong!

God is always dealing, always right, and always true.

God is Here!!!
